Patient Representative

Patient Representatives assist patients and family members by:

• Serving as a central resource for information.
• Coordinating the resolution of patient and family grievances.

The UAB Health System is committed to customer service. We have three different sets of Patient Representatives to assist you with your needs:

• For patients that receive care from the UAB Emergency Room, contact an Emergency Room Patient Representative.
• For patients that stay overnight at UAB Hospital (Inpatients), contact a Hospital Patient Representative.
• For patients that receive care from The Kirklin Clinic (Outpatient), contact a Clinic Patient Representative.
