The Same Day Surgery Unit was established to meet the unique needs of a patient whose procedure can be done without any overnight stay or can be admitted the day of a scheduled surgical procedure. Medical West's eight-bed Same Day Surgery Suite provides a convenient and comfortable environment for outpatient surgery patients who will be in and out of the hospital in the same day. This unit is located on the third floor of the hospital.
