The Kirklin Clinic® at Acton Road offers a multidisciplinary approach to cancer care and provides a wide array of patient care services, including radiation treatment, infusion therapy, an onsite lab and more.
Additionally, the clinic offers patients access to the latest clinical trials underway at UAB, including research studies dedicated to finding new treatment options for complicated and unusual forms of cancer.
In the waiting area is a patient education center and reference library, stocked with literature, where Internet access is offered for patients seeking cancer answers. Also on site is a conference room where education seminars are conducted.
