This program, which consists of four units of Level 1and/or Level 2 CPE, begins September 1 and ends the following year on August 31. Residents are full-time chaplains for the entire year and participate in approximately 4 to 6 in-house 24 hour on-calls per month. The program provides intensive involvement as a member of the Pastoral Care team and an opportunity to provide pastoral care to virtually all parts of the hospital.
