The UAB Family Medical Center is home to 9 Faculty physicians and 36 Family Practice residents.

Our office is staffed with an Office Coordinator, an RN, several LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Receptionists.

We have our own billing office for services provided by our physicians. The billing office is located on the first floor of the building in Patient Services.

UAB Hospital Laboratory rents space in our facility. Any lab work performed at this lab will be billed by UAB Hospital Labs and will be separate from the bill you receive from your physician.

Our physicians practice in a group called the Valley Foundation. Your charges will be submitted by the Valley Foundation.
