How will I make an appointment?
Appointments can be made by calling 551-4500. A receptionist will take your call and make you an appointment.
Who will I see if my Doctor is not available?
You may be seen by a resident who is supervised by faculty or you may be seen by a faculty physician.
What do I do if I just need a refill on a prescription?
You should call your pharmacy to be sure that you have no refills left. If you do not, your pharmacy can call in the request to 551-4500 or they can fax the request to 551-4573.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurances: Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Medicare, Mailhandlers, and Medicaid. We also accept many of the smaller insurances. If you have any questions regarding your insurance, it is best that you check with your insurance company.
Who do I call if I have a question regarding my bill?
For questions regarding services performed by the physician, you can call 551-4689. For questions regarding the lab billing, you can call 551-4547.
