The UAB Sleep/Wake Disorders Center is dedicated to the evaluation, testing, and treatment of all sleep-wake disorders. Disorders treated include:

• sleep apnea


• parasomnias


• narcolepsy


• gastroesophageal reflux


• nocturnal myoclonus


• epilepsy


• insomnia


• impotence

The Center has state-of-the-art medical equipment along with a specially trained and qualified staff available to assist in proper diagnosis and recommendations for care. The Center is accredited by the Association of Sleep Disorders Centers.
