Orthopaedic Oncology Service is the only orthopaedic practice in the state where orthopaedic oncology subspecialists provide patient care. The physicians offer unique skills and experience related to orthopaedic treatment of cancer. Together with specialists in the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center, they work to find the optimum management protocol for the patient.

- custom joints
- prosthetics
- methods of fixation reconstruction and stabilization
- massive bone allografts
- therapies for thoracic spine metastases
An amputee rehabilitation clinic is also available.
