The UAB Multidisciplinary Spine Care Network, or SpineNet, is one of the nation's few comprehensive neuromusculoskeletal and surgical spine care networks dedicated to treating spinal disorders. SpineNet offers patients suffering from spine conditions consultation with an interdisciplinary team of specialists committed to advancing treatment for spine problems.

During their lifetimes, an estimated 80% of Americans will experience lower back pain, the leading cause of disability in the United States. Spine disorders also top the list of expenditures for workers' compensation claims.
