G. Wright Bates, M.D.
Dr. Bates received his M.D. from The University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences, and completed a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Bates is IVF Medical Director. His interests are infertility including PCOS, recurrent pregnancy loss, and premature ovarian failure; assisted reproductive technologies (ART) including ovulation induction, in vitro fertilization (IVF), and donor oocytes; and, advanced reproductive surgery.

Richard E. Blackwell, Ph.D., M.D.
Dr. Blackwell earned his degree from the Baylor College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He then completed a fellowship at UAB. Dr. Blackwell’s interests are reproductive endocrinology, infertility, menopause, and adult women’s medicine.

 

Cynthia K. Sites, M.D.
Dr. Sites attended medical school at Ohio State University College of Medicine. Following her internship and residency at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester, NY, she completed a fellowship at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. Dr. Sites is the Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Her interests are menopause and puberty concerns, reproductive surgery, and in vitro fertilization.
