The UAB Division of Gynecologic Oncology is a multidisciplinary team of subspecialty gynecologic oncologists, nurses, and consultants providing comprehensive care for women with gynecologic cancers.

Our Division includes eight physicians. All are board certified subspecialists in Gynecologic Oncology. These physicians have completed advanced training in all aspects of oncology including radical, minimally invasive (laparoscopic) and robotic pelvic surgery. All are dedicated to providing cutting-edge and compassionate care to women with suspected or diagnosed ovarian, cervical, uterine and other gynecologic cancers. Additional expertise in advanced and minimally invasive benign pelvic surgery through the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the UAB School of Medicine.

Our faculty are committed to educating the health care providers of today and tomorrow and conducting research that will lead to new and more effective prevention, detection and treatment strategies for gynecologic cancer.
