• Our UAB Highlands facility offers a dedicated environment with state-of-the-art technology, where women are assisted with the physical and emotional challenges associated with gynecologic cancer. In our new facility designed with patient comfort in mind, women will find a calm, soothing atmosphere, an infusion center with a panoramic view of the city, and convenient, free parking.
  
• Directions: The UAB GYN Oncology offices are conveniently located in state-of-the-art facilities at UAB Highlands on Birmingham’s Southside. From 8th Avenue South turn south onto 13th Street South (UAB arched overpass). Continue two blocks to find convenient parking at UAB Highlands, 1201 11th Avenue South.

Appointments

Primary care and specialty physicians may call toll-free (MIST) from anywhere in the region and consult with a Division Gyn Oncologist. Patients are appointed to a faculty member, who will then serve as that patient’s personal physician throughout their prescribed course of therapy.
