Back, Neck, and Spine Service

The Back, Neck, and Spine Service is the only orthopaedic practice in the state where orthopaedic spine subspecialists provide patient care. The physicians are experts in the diagnosis and management of all types of back, neck, and spine problems. They treat patients diagnosed with spinal stenosis, herniated discs, sciatica, and nerve and spinal cord problems.

The group provides pain reduction for some patients with alternatives to surgery such as:

  • physical therapy

  • medication

  • services of the Pain Treatment Clinic

  • services of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine

The group also corrects spinal deformities associated with diseases or fractures through surgeries such as fusions, discectomies and osteotomies. Treatment is provided for children and adults.
