Welcome to the EatRight Weight Management Program!

More than just a diet, EatRight features a 12-week multifaceted program with diet instruction, behavior modification, support, and exercise to help you make lifestyle changes. Offered through The Kirklin Clinic and UAB's Neighborhood Health Centers, EatRight provides you with the resources to manage your weight.

Enroll in your first EatRight class for $300.00. Attend an Information Meeting and receive a $30.00 discount off the first time enrollment fee - Your cost is now $270.00! UAB/HSF employees are also eligible for the $30.00 discount.

Free Information Sessions are offered every Wednesday on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month. Meetings are offered in the First Floor Learning Center of The Kirklin Clinic on the UAB campus. Park in the Kirklin parking deck and your parking is free to attend the Information Meeting. On the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month, sessions are offered in the Third Floor Conference Room at The Kirklin Clinic at Acton Road.
