1 (11-ounce) can refrigerated French bread dough
Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
2 cups chopped broccoli flowerets
1 cup sliced yellow squash
1 medium sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
¾ cup (3 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
¾ cup (3 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese

  1. Press dough into a 15-inch pizza pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and set aside.
  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chopped broccoli, sliced yellow squash, sweet red pepper strips, onion rings, and garlic. Sauté 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in dried basil and oregano, and set aside.
  3. Spread tomato sauce on crust, and top with vegetable mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheeses evenly over vegetable mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
