Turkey-Avocado Roll-ups

½ medium avocado, peeled
¼ cup low-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 drops hot sauce
6 (8-inch) tortillas
6 lettuce leaves
6 ounces roasted skinned turkey, thinly sliced
4 ounces sliced part-skim mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 strips

  1. Mash avocado with a fork in a small bowl. Add sour cream, lemon juice, and hot sauce, stirring until smooth.
  2. Spread avocado mixture evenly on tortillas. Top tortillas evenly with lettuce, turkey and cheese.
  3. Roll up tortillas, and secure with wooden picks. Yield: 6 servings.
