½ medium avocado, peeled
¼ cup low-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 drops hot sauce
6 (8-inch) tortillas
6 lettuce leaves
6 ounces roasted skinned turkey, thinly sliced
4 ounces sliced part-skim mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 strips
- Mash avocado with a fork in a small bowl. Add sour cream, lemon juice, and hot sauce, stirring until smooth.
- Spread avocado mixture evenly on tortillas. Top tortillas evenly with lettuce, turkey and cheese.
- Roll up tortillas, and secure with wooden picks. Yield: 6 servings.
