The 908-bed, flagship academic medical center offers exciting and invaluable exposure to the magnitude of the operation of a quaternary-care facility. The fellow will have unlimited access to clinical and ancillary departments as well as senior and mid-level management, physicians, and staff during rotations and hands-on projects and activities. A series of structured rotations with administrative and clinical leadership through various departments will present a foundational landscape of clinical operations, ancillary and support services, and the key decision making committees that guide the daily operations of University Hospital.
