The latest innovation in providing patients, families and visitors with a positive experience is making our Guest Services representatives a simple phone call away. Guest Services brings together all hospital and patient-visitor services to handle issues quickly and efficiently.
Whether you need directions, wheelchair assistance or help in solving a more complicated problem, simply call *55 from any phone in the hospital to contact Guest Services. If you're outside the hospital, you can dial 1-888-UAB-TOUCH. A Guest Services team member will answer the phone, ready to assist with almost any concern patients and their loved ones may confront. Guest Services offers a wide range of assistance, such as helping with hotel reservations, providing a chaplain, arranging for language translation services and sending
someone from housekeeping to change sheets. For more complex or personal needs, a Guest Services team member may be sent to the patient's room.
