If after business hours or leaving a message please include your name, company name, patients name, MR# questions or concerns you have so that when your call is returned they will have the information needed to assist you.

For questions or assistance regarding any WC clinic charges or billing; contact the Managed Services Organization insurance verification and pre-arrival department. You may also contact this office to provide approvals, pre-certs and special billing arrangements etc.

Emergency room physician billing:
UAB Hospital and UAB Highlands utilizes an outside vendor, DST Health Solutions, for billing ER physician charges. If you have questions or need assistance with emergency room physician billing you may contact them directly.
