From I-65 north:
Exit onto 8th Avenue South (Exit 259), which is also called University Boulevard. Continue straight for nine blocks, then turn left on Richard Arrington Jr Blvd (21st Street). Turn right on 5th Avenue South. Turn right again on 22nd Street and right on 6th Avenue South. The Kirklin Clinic parking deck entrance will be on your right, before you reach Richard Arrington Jr Blvd (21st Street).
From I-65 south:
Exit onto 4th Avenue South (Exit 259B). Proceed straight for 10 blocks, then turn right on 22nd Street. Go two blocks, turning right on 6th Avenue South. The Kirklin Clinic parking deck entrance will be on your right, before you reach Richard Arrington Jr Blvd (21st Street).
From I-20/59 south:
Exit onto I-65 south. Exit I-65 onto 4th Avenue South (Exit 259B). Proceed straight for 10 blocks, then turn right on 22nd Street. Go two blocks, turning right on 6th Avenue South. The Kirklin Clinic parking deck entrance will be on your right, before you reach Richard Arrington Jr Blvd (21st Street).
From Highway 280 west:
